This Cancellation Policy explains the general cancellation terms for reservations at Nastov Apartments.
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on where the booking was made, the selected apartment, the travel dates, the booking platform, and the rate or offer selected during the reservation process.
If you make a reservation directly through our website or connected Lodgify booking system, the cancellation terms shown during the booking process will apply to your reservation.
If you make a reservation through Booking.com or another third-party booking platform, the cancellation policy, refund rules, payment terms, and modification rules shown on that platform will apply. In that case, guests should manage cancellation or modification requests through the same platform where the booking was made.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms before completing a reservation. By confirming a booking, you agree to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible or use the platform where your booking was made. Cancellation requests are only considered received when they are submitted through the correct booking channel or confirmed in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the booking terms, cancellation deadline, payment method, and booking platform rules. If a reservation is non-refundable, cancelled after the allowed deadline, or cancelled under restricted rate conditions, a refund may not be available.
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the booking platform, payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Nastov Apartments does not control third-party payment processing times.
No-shows may be charged according to the booking conditions. If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not contact us or the booking platform, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
Early departures, late arrivals, unused nights, or changes during the stay may not be refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Nastov Apartments or required by the booking platform rules.
In rare cases, Nastov Apartments may need to cancel or modify a reservation due to circumstances outside our control, including technical issues, availability conflicts, property damage, safety concerns, legal requirements, extreme weather, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will try to inform the guest as soon as reasonably possible and assist with the available options.
For bookings made through Booking.com, Lodgify, or other connected platforms, the final cancellation and refund handling may depend on the rules and tools available inside those platforms.
Guests are encouraged to review their booking confirmation carefully, including the cancellation deadline, payment terms, refund conditions, apartment type, guest count, and travel dates.
